Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is handmade, so small differences in shape, color, and expression may appear. That is part of the charm.

What materials do you use?

We use polymer clay, resin, metal jewelry findings, and necklace chains depending on the design.

Are the charms waterproof?

They are sealed for protection, but we recommend keeping them away from water, perfume, sweat, and heavy impact.

Are they heavy to wear?

No. The charms are designed to be wearable as necklaces, pendants, or creature accessories.

How should I care for my piece?

Store it separately when not wearing. Avoid water, perfume, strong pressure, and dropping it on hard surfaces.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your location. You will receive tracking information after your order is shipped.

Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is handmade, returns are limited. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I request a custom creature?
