Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting Creepipop. Each creature is carefully prepared and packed before beginning its journey to you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days.

Processing time includes preparing, inspecting, and packing your handmade item. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Processing time and delivery time are separate. Estimated delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched.

United States Shipping

Estimated delivery time for orders shipped to the United States is:

7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to the carrier, destination, customs processing, weather, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and charges are displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges may be collected by the destination country.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Creepipop.

We recommend checking your local import requirements before ordering.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow several business days for the carrier to update the tracking information. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you. You may choose to accept the revised dispatch date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or refused, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Creepipop.

Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check the delivery location and surrounding area.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.

  3. Contact the local shipping carrier.

  4. Contact us if the package still cannot be located.

We will assist where reasonably possible, although a carrier’s “delivered” scan does not automatically establish that Creepipop caused the loss.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, outer packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
