Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Creepipop creature. Because every piece is individually handmade, slight variations in color, shape, texture, and painted details are natural and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not caused by damage, defects, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Creepipop will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label, if the package was damaged

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Minor differences resulting from the handmade process—including small variations in shape, color, brushwork, surface texture, or placement of details—are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items, when clearly marked as final sale before purchase

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production or order processing has begun. Once an order has entered production, been packed, or been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the order could not be fulfilled.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges because many Creepipop pieces are made in small batches and may not remain available.

If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier first, then contact us for assistance.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
